Gladstone Faria was born in Passos, a quiet town in the interior of Minas Gerais, one of the most beautiful and welcoming states in Brazil, where time still respects the smell of brewed coffee and late afternoon conversation. It was there, amidst the affection of his family and the simplicity of rural life, that he formed his first references to humanity, care, and listening.

At a very young age, he made a courageous decision: he left the comfort of his homeland and went to study medicine. He graduated as a doctor from the Federal University of São Paulo (UFTM) and as a plastic surgeon from the University of São Paulo (USP), one of the most demanding institutions in the country. There, he discovered a calling that went beyond the scalpel—he would use cosmetic surgery as a way to change lives. Not just what is seen, but what is felt, later becoming a Full Member of the Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery.

While specializing in plastic surgery, he realized that aesthetic work has a profound impact on how people relate to themselves. External transformation often accompanies an internal revolution. Therefore, he immersed himself in cosmiatry and scientific research, always striving to combine technique with empathy, beauty with health, and science with soul.

Today, in addition to being a respected physician, Gladstone is an internationally recognized scientist. He has published articles, written book chapters, and lectured to hundreds of professionals at events in Brazil and abroad. But the young boy remains the same: with his feet on the ground, his heart in Minas Gerais, and his eyes focused on constant evolution.

Family, ethics, and listening remain his greatest values. Therefore, above all else, Gladstone Faria is a human being who believes in the power of genuine care and dedication to science.
